Giving Members and/or Contacts access to the website/portal

Any Contact can be given access to the website/portal. You decide who has access and can enable or disable access for individual contacts at any time.

To enable access for one or more contacts:

1) Go to the Contacts module
2) Filter the list of Contacts to find only those you wish to enable access for (optional)
3) Select the Contacts you wish to enable login for by clicking the checkbox next to each name (selected will be highlighted in green)
4) From the 'With Selected....' drop down menu (above the list), select 'Enable login' and click the 'Go' button.
5) You should know see a yellow box above the Contacts list indicating that a number of Contacts have not yet been notified of their login credentials. Click the 'View' link.
6) If the notification template has been configured, you will see a preview of the message that will be sent to all the Contacts who has not yet been notified. If it has not been configured or is missing the login email and password fields, go to Settings > Contacts > Notifications and add or update the 'Login Notification' template. Go to step 5)
7) When ready, click the 'Deliver Notifications' button.
