Contact Lists

Lists can be used to create groups of Contacts. The Lists can be used when sending emailings or bulk SMS messages or for exporting to CSV files for use in mail merges or other applications.

You can create as many Lists as you need and each Contact can be in one or more lists.

You can create 2 different types of Contact List:

Static Lists - static lists are created by adding a selection of Contacts to a named list. You can add and removed Contacts from a static list at any time. Contacts can 'unsubscribe' from a static list and if so will no longer receive emails when that list is used.

Dynamic Lists - dynamic lists are created by saving a set of filters as a named list. The list is updated whenever it is selected / used. You cannot manually add or remove Contacts from a dynamic list.
