GDPR

To help you manage your GDPR obligations we have added two new features:

1) 'My Information' page for data transparency

So that each of your members and other contacts can see what information you are storing and to provide quick access to your privacy, data and other policy documents we have set up a 'My Information' page which will appear in the Portal for any 'logged in' Contact.

You can enable this page and select appropriate pages of Content for each policy via the Website > Configure > Portal page.

2) Mailing List Opt-In for consents

For communications that cannot be justified on a Legitimate Interest basis, you can request consent and/or allow Contacts to update their mailing and comms preferences. These Consents are then recorded with a date and time to show the requests and responses.

We will enable this by default for new accounts but, for now, please contact us to request that this feature is enabled for your account.
