Confirmation

We recommend that when renewing memberships you ask your members to confirm that they wish to renew (please see recommended procedures here).

You can enable the online renewal feature by checking the 'Confirmation' checkbox.

This will reveal 3 options. The 3rd option is recommended to reduce the admin workload.

Renewal Window

The renewal window is 4 months by default, which means that once memberships are locked, members can renew their memberships up to 4 months before they expire. You change this window by entering a different number of months.

Donations

If you wish to, you can enable the option to prompt members to make an additional donation to the club when renewing their membership. You can enter some text in the 'donation prompt' box to be displayed on the form to encourage or explain how the donation will be used.
