Enabling Login for Contacts
There are 2 methods for enabling login to the Portal.
1) Individually
Find the Contact for whom you wish to enable login
Check that there is a valid and unique email address for the Contact
Click the 'Enable login' button in the right hand column of the 'Home' tab
2) Bulk action
Select one or more Contacts (you may wish to apply a filter before selecting all)
Choose 'Enable login' from the 'With selected...' action menu
You should then see a box above the Contact list advising you that a number of Contacts have not yet been notified of their login credentials.
Click the 'Show' link to see list of those Contacts and/or click the 'Send login credentials' link to send email notifications to all of them.
The notification template can be updated in Settings > Contacts > Notifications > Login instructions
The standard template should be updated to include an introduction and link to the website login page.
