This page will show you the memberships, berth and resources (if any) for which they will be asked to confirm renewal. It will also show any outstanding unvoiced items that will be added to their renewal invoices.

At the top of this page you will also find 2 buttons:

'Download as a printable PDF' - Use this to create a pdf of the Renew page to post or give to members who do not have an email address or internet access

'Email to Contact' - Use this to send an email version of the Renew page to show them what their renewal options are and prompt hem to complete the renewal on the club website.

Preparing Renewals

You can prepare renewals at any time although typically you would do this towards the end of a membership periods and berth allocations.
